Near local noon, although Pc 3 amplitudes at Cepu were slightly larger than those at Chung-Li, wave packets with &acd;3-5min duration appeared concurrently at the very low latitudes (|Ф|<20°). It is found that the senses of Pc 3 polarizations at |Ф|～10°-20° were statistically opposite to those at conjugate stations of |Ф|～35°.
