A systematic increase in metamorphic grade from east to west, ranging from upper amphibolite facies on the eastern Prince Olav Coast to upper granulite facies at the head of Lutzow-Holm Bay, has been well-established in the complex. However, granulites are newly found to occur as blocks sitting within meta-tonalites at Cape Hinode located on the amphibolite-facies eastern Prince Olav Coast. In addition, it is newly revealed that kyanite occurs rather commonly in meta-tonalites which contain hornblende with or without clinopyroxene. The modes of occurrence in the field, petrographical features, and major element bulk rock compositions of the granulites and related rocks are given in some detail in this study. These, along with the previously presented geochronological, geochemical and petrographical data, would indicate that the rocks in the Cape Hinode area as a whole make up a Mesoproterozoic allochthonous block in the Latest Proterozoic-Early Paleozoic Lutzow-Holm Complex.","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_1_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.15094/00003165","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_1_publisher_22":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"National Institute of Polar Research"}]},"item_1_source_id_13":{"attribute_name":"雑誌書誌ID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA1130866X","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_1_text_10":{"attribute_name":"著者所属(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_text_language":"en","subitem_text_value":"Department of Earth Sciences, Faculty of Science, Chiba University/National Institute of Polar Research/Institute of Geosciences, Shizuoka University/Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences, Faculty of Science, Yamagata University/National Institute of Polar Research/School of Earth Sciences, HIS, Kyoto University"}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2006-10-01"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"KJ00004346777.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"6.5 MB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_6","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"KJ00004346777","url":"https://nipr.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/3165/files/KJ00004346777.pdf"},"version_id":"ce9fcfe4-419a-4973-a6ee-cf262e11d336"}]},"item_keyword":{"attribute_name":"キーワード","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"Cape Hinode","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Late Proterozoic","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Early Paleozoic","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"granulites","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"allochthonous block","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"Granulites from Cape Hinode in the amphibolite-facies eastern part of Prince Olav Coast, East Antarctica: New evidence for allochthonous block in the Lutzow-Holm Complex","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Granulites from Cape Hinode in the amphibolite-facies eastern part of Prince Olav Coast, East Antarctica: New evidence for allochthonous block in the Lutzow-Holm Complex"}]},"item_type_id":"1","owner":"4","path":["444"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2006-10-01"},"publish_date":"2006-10-01","publish_status":"0","recid":"3165","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Granulites from Cape Hinode in the amphibolite-facies eastern part of Prince Olav Coast, East Antarctica: New evidence for allochthonous block in the Lutzow-Holm Complex"],"weko_creator_id":"4","weko_shared_id":4},"updated":"2023-07-25T12:34:16.739750+00:00"}
